An in-app account is not required to use the Service, and we do not require you to provide personal information such as your name or email to use it. The information below is collected only as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

• App usage data: In-app activity and information generated through your use of the Service are stored locally on your device.
• Purchase History: Processed by RevenueCat for subscription management.
• Device information: Basic device information, including your device model and operating system version, is processed by RevenueCat for subscription management and entitlement verification.
• Information you provide: If you contact us for support or feedback, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
• Crash logs: Collected via Apple's diagnostics tools.

Account and Data Storage

• Cloudays does not require in-app account creation. Most user data is stored locally on your device.
• Limited data is processed by third-party providers (RevenueCat) to enable core functionality such as subscriptions and entitlement verification.
• Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App removes data stored locally by Snapmiso on your device. Information processed by third-party providers, such as subscription records maintained by RevenueCat or purchase records maintained by Apple, is retained according to their respective retention policies.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate the Service:

• Apple App Store: Payment processing, subscription billing, and purchase management for In-App Purchases.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management, paywall presentation, and entitlement verification. RevenueCat may process limited technical or diagnostic information as necessary to provide its services. Such processing is governed by RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store (In-App Purchases). We do not store payment card details. Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple. Subscription status information is processed by third-party services (RevenueCat) for entitlement verification.

Tracking

We do not track you across apps or websites. If we introduce tracking in the future, we will request your permission in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

Data Retention

• Most data is stored locally on your device and is removed when you delete the App.
• Some limited data processed by third-party providers (Apple, RevenueCat) may be retained in accordance with their respective policies.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

We do not require users to create an in-app account to use the Service, so there is no account profile to delete. If you have questions about information processed by our third-party service providers, or wish to request deletion where applicable, please contact us at [email protected] .

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
